ABOUT USThank you for visiting my website. I am Brian M. Pierce, Esq. For 43 years, I have called Muncie, Indiana my home. I attended Muncie Community Schools and graduated from Muncie Central High School. I went on to obtain my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ball State University, majoring in Psychological Science. After graduating from Ball State, I went on to complete my life-long dream of becoming a lawyer by earning my Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law.
After graduating from law school, I practiced law at DeFur Voran, LLP. From there, I went on to become a Master Commissioner and Magistrate Judge for Delaware County. In December of 2015, I had an incredible opportunity to start my own private law practice. From opening day , I began serving clients here in Central Indiana. My practice focuses on all areas of litigation, including personal injury law, family law, and estate law. I am assisted each day by an incredible staff which currently includes Kacie and "Intern Luke". Being a lawyer is not just a job - its a way of life. When I am not assisting my clients solve their problems, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Whether traveling, attending activities for the kids, or just hanging out around the house, home is always where my heart is. - Brian |
